Strategic Plan Objectives: To create and maintain active cooperation with the EU institutions, actively becoming involved in the international university organizations To create joint study programmes on a European and Baltic level To participate actively in Erasmus Mundus and other student exchange programmes, ensuring the recognition of studies abroad To promote the engagement of UL researchers in post-doctoral studies in foreign universities and research centres, as well as to promote their return to Latvia, ensuring favourable conditions upon their return to the UL To ensure high quality of studies for the exchange students and to achieve effective cooperation between faculties and departments
