WHAT IS LEADERSHIP? Teams discuss leadership Come up with definitions Compare/Contrast Consensus

QUALITIES OF LEADERSHIP Influence – the capacity to have an effect on the character, development or behavior of someone or something or the effect itself. Vision – unusual discernment or foresight Confidence – a feeling or belief that you can do something well or succeed at something Responsibility – the state of being the person that caused something to happen Service – contribution to the welfare of others Teams, come up with some people who portray these qualities.
