What is Social Media Ministry? Social Media Ministry is a collection of believers dedicated to using social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, & YouTube to spread the Gospel!

How Can YOU Use Social Media for the Kingdom? 1.Share & “Like” our media on your Facebook profile. When you share something on Facebook, all of your friends see it. Why not share the Gospel? I shared the Mime Team’s video on my profile. So all 693 of my Facebook friends were exposed to it.

How Can YOU Use Social Media for the Kingdom? 1.Share & “Like” our media on your Facebook profile. Click “Like” next to your favorite sermons. This shares the link with all of your Facebook friends.

How Can YOU Use Social Media for the Kingdom? 2. Give money toward Facebook Advertising! Facebook Ads appear on the side of user profiles.

How Facebook Advertising works: We create an ad:We Decide who will see the ad. We can target people based on different criteria: Gender, Age, Location, Education, Relationship Status, & Personal Interest. Set a budget. We pay for ads per click. The ad runs until the budget is depleted. Decide when the ad is shown. This is important for inviting people to watch the live stream. Example: The ad above ran on a Sunday from 9am to 11am. The number of people that click through to watch the live stream is only limited by our set budget! We can have 100’s or 1000’s!

Real Example Facebook Advertising: {Actual results from a recent ad} 1.Our ad was seen 83,619 times! That’s four times the population of Ruston, La people clicked the ad and viewed the live stream! That’s 147 new people that heard the Word of God! 3.Cost per visitor: $0.34! Do you know any other way to bring 3 new people to church for a dollar? This ad budget was only $50.00!!
