DISTRICT GOALS 1.Ensure that every student achieves measurable progress and personal growth each year 2.Provide the best facilities and learning environment 3.Involve the community in our schools to maintain the public trust 4.Be viewed by the community as a unified district

BOARD GOALS 1.Maintain programs in a sustainable way, while striving to keep as many people employed as possible because of our commitment to doing what is best for kids 2.Celebrate the successes of the District and community 3.Routinely monitor the effectiveness of District programs and services in order to better serve kids

SUPERINTENDENT GOALS Immediate Goal Adopt a budget for that preserves core District functions and allows for a strong and sustainable educational system that strikes a balance between measurable student progress in core subjects, while preserving as comprehensive a program as possible Aligns with District Goal #1 and Board Goal #1,

INTERMEDIATE GOAL #2 Community Schools Each school in the District will implement, during the school year, one element of the concept of Community Schools in an effort to engage the greater community Aligns with Board Goal #3
