Does it work?  Comments from teachers:  When students see their progress they work harder to meet their goals Fourth Grade Teacher  When I see students’ growth in a graph, it guides me to my next steps Fourth Grade Teacher  At first, it was hard to find the time to do all of the graphs, but now I see students growing and I make the time to do more Fifth Grade Teacher  Care Team has forced me to organize my data which helped me to zoom in on a target skill Fourth Grade Teacher

Does it work?  100% of the referrals made by our 3D Team in to Special Education qualified.  100% of the referrals made by our 3D Team in to Special Education qualified.
