St David's Day  St David's Day is a holiday celebrated on March 1st in Wales. St. David is the patron of Wales.

St David's Day  The date of March 1st is associated with the death of David in 589.  The date was declared a national day of celebration in Wales in the XVIII century.

St David's Day  Every year the Welsh celebrate St David’s day.  The parade in Cardiff is attended by the soldiers of the Royal Welsh Regiment and ordinary people.
