Teeth are one major part that makes your smile beautiful. If you do not want any issues and problems with your teeth and gums healthy then it is important.

Simple facts about dental health which are often ignored 92% of common dental diseases are caused by just Ignorance to proper cleaning of teeth. 66% of people brush their teeth only once daily. 89% of people do not use Dental Floss at all. 74% of people do not visit regularly to their Dentist.

Results of not taking care of teeth. A- Dental Caries. B- Gum Diseases.

Dental Caries is caused by. Eating Refined Carbohydrates in large quantity.( Sticky starchy food ). Not brushing teeth twice daily. Not Flossing regularly, specially not before sleeping. Not visiting your Dentist regularly.

Gum disease is caused by.  Deposition of tartar beneath the Gums.  Due to not cleaning the teeth properly.  Due to mal-alignment of teeth.  By having fillings or artificial teeth which are not contoured properly.  Due to impaction of food in between teeth.

What you can do to protect your teeth. Brush your teeth twice daily regularly. Generally a soft tooth brush is recommended. Change your brush after eight weeks.

Do not forget to Floss regularly.  Floss removes food particles which are present in between teeth.  This food has not been removed by tooth brush.  Food stuck in between teeth is the cause of caries and bad breath.

Visit Your Dentist Regularly. For check up,a visit after every six month is strongly recommended.
