ALMOND COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
1 kg of grinded almonds
200 gr. of boiled and then smashed potatoes
1 kg. of sugar
1 beated egg Half glass of vanilla extract
Put the sugar, the vanilla, the smashed boiled potato and grinded almonds in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients with the hands to make a well blended paste.
Make little balls with the paste.
Decorate the balls with a toasted almond
Put all the cookies on a greased tray.
Paint the cookies with the egg.
Put the tray in a pre-heated oven at 200º degree for 10 minutes, aproximately.
Eat the almond cookies when they cool.
