From LSP Summary to the full Application Form 5 - As the summaries have been approved both, by the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Programme and the European Commission, the full Application Form (AF) has to be based on the approved summary - More detailed description both, of the activities and the costs for their implementation is expected in the full AF - Please take into account the comments provided on the LSP summary by the European Commission and provide the required explanations/ justifications in the full AF - Annexes to the full Application Form are to be submitted as stipulated in the Section of Guidelines for Large Scale Project Applicants

Annexes to be submitted with the full Application Form 6 Legal Entity Sheet - by the Applicant Partnership Statement(s) – by ALL partners, including the applicant Letters of Endorsement by the Associates Evidence of ownership or access to the land/ buildings Environmental Impact Assessment Feasibility Study or equivalent Technical specifications for the planned supplies.

Annexes to be submitted with the full Application Form 7 Statutes or Articles of Association of the applicant and of each project partner organisation. This obligation does not apply to public bodies. Registration Certificate and Value Added Tax payer’s registration certificate (if applicable) or equivalent, according to national law. This obligation does not apply to public bodies. Financial and operational reports for the last financial year for which the accounts have been closed. This obligation does not apply to public bodies. External Audit Report produced by an approved auditor, certifying the applicant's accounts for the last financial year available should be submitted. This obligation does not apply to public bodies.
