Collection is free of charge. * A minimum of five different types of goods for sale. * The centre must work professionally, contribute to reuse and recycling and to sustainable development, * Reuse has always priority over recycling, * Create employment for underprivileged groups, * Collaborate on a structural basis with the governments, * Recognize the role of the federation in case of conflict.
