3 Livonian Ring Route Livonian Ring is a tourism route covering areas around The Gulf of Riga in Estonia and Latvia; The development of Livonian Ring route was performed with a close cooperation between tourism experts from: Tourism Company “City Bike” in Estonia Tourism Company “One Baltics” in Latvia Livonia Maritima Tourism Work Group
4 Livonian Ring Route Livonian Ring route consists of in total 10 routes: Estonia: 4 (2 in Pärnu county, 2 in Saare county). Latvia: 6 (2 in Tukums county, 2 in Talsi county, 2 in Limbaži county). All routes are 1 – 3 days long trips. The routes are suitable for motor tourists and cyclists. The subroutes cover variety of tourist attractions: nature, culture, history, Soviet heritage, local traditions and other.
5 Livonian Ring Promotion For a successful promotion of Livonian Ring the Livonian Ring Marketing Strategy was elaborated. The two main promotional tools selected in the Marketing Strategy are: Livonian Ring tourist map Livonian Ring web page
6 Livonian Ring Map Livonian Ring map includes: Detailed city centre maps of three largest project cities: Kuressaare, Pärnu and Limbaži. Detailed map of relevant Livonian Ring region with the most important tourist sights and descriptions. Useful information for travellers: country facts, islands’ ferry connections in Estonia, TIC contacts as well as contact information of tourist attractions. Livonian Ring map will be printed in copies, in 3 languages: English ( copies), Estonian (5 000) and Latvian (5 000).
