Rheumatoid Arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disorder that typically affects the joints in your hands and feet.

-Tender, warm, swollen joints -Morning stiffness that may last for hours -Firm bumps of tissue under the skin of your arms -Fatigue, fever, and weight loss

 There is no cure for Arthritis. There are medications to reduce inflammation also to slow the joint damage from happening.

 If something your doing is hurting your joints don’t try to work through it. It can actually be hurting your joints. Also don’t be trying to pop, twist, and pull on your joints.
