Female/minority Independent vehicle ownership and insurance Valid and current driver’s license No current or completed apprenticeships High school graduate/GED and telephone Achieve National Career Readiness Certification (Silver/level 4)
Free of charge, available at most larger WFCs Registration generates access to Keytrain – online mentoring/skills training program 3 test parts – “Reading for Information”, “Locating Information”, “Applied Math” NCRC exams total approximately 4 hours You can achieve several skill levels: bronze, silver, gold or platinum certification Certification applicable to multiple employers and industries
