Current position The LWEC UK FCERM Research Strategy was published in January 2012 and highlights a wide range of FCERM related research needs. These can be grouped under the headings: Understanding Risk Managing Probability Managing Consequence The Strategy also highlights the importance of Knowledge Exchange.

Current position A steering group is overseeing the work to implement the strategy and ensure co- ordination between research funders, researchers and end users. We are mapping the current/ planned research against the priorities topics in the strategy to identify i) gaps and ii) topics for collaborative research. flood-research-strategy flood-research-strategy
