05/19/20061 Personal Distribution List - Part II Adding and/or Removing a Member n To follow the presentation just press the right arrow key on the keyboard to advance to the next slide. n If you need to go back press the left arrow key.

2 n Follow the steps in this pictorial guide to edit a Personal Distribution List in Outlook 98. n To begin, open the Outlook 98 application.

3 Click Tools, then Address Book.

4 Select Personal Address Book from the Show Names from the: drop down box.

5 z Choose the Personal Distribution list that you would like to edit from the Select Names list of your Personal Address Book. *Names are listed in alphabetical order.

6 Trace to: File/Properties

7 Click the Add/Remove Members… button in the Properties window.

8 To Add a new Member(s): Select the name(s) from the list. Click the Members button. When finished click the OK button.

9 To delete a Member(s): Select the Member(s) from the list. Press the delete key, or right click and select cut. Make sure you remove the 1 extra ; that separates the names. When finished click the OK button.

10 Click the OK button to accept the changes to your Distribution List.

11 Click the button on the Title bar to close the Address Book window.
