How to develop our communication? 1.Develop your knowledge knowledge and experience becomes a basic requirement to communicate. 2. Pronunciation and Intonation Pay attention for pronunciation and Intonation. Make your voice clear and don’t talk too fast. 3.Keep your eyes contact Keep in eye contact when talking with others. It will make others believe your words and interested in what you say. Believe it or not, making eye contact, your words look convincing in front of others 4.Body language Language of the body is the most efficient way to help you express yourself character. The body language including arm movements, body posture and facial expressions. Wrong move could give the wrong meaning to others as well.

TYPES OF BODY LANGUAGE Remember that you are dealing with “PEOPLE” (P)OSTURES & GESTURES – How do you use hand gestures? Standing? (E)YE CONTACT – How’s your “Lighthouse”? (O)RIENTATION – How do you position yourself? (P)RESENTATION – How do you deliver your message? (L)OOKS – Are your looks, appearance, dress important? (E)XPRESSIONS OF EMOTION – Are you using facial expressions to express emotion?
