Why does it seem that Singaporeans do not care about how they live their lives? Do you know of the nutritional value in the food that you eat? 16  Almost all surveyed answered that they do not know of the nutritional value in their meals. Problem statement: Singaporeans do not care about their health and fitness, and they do not spend a lot of time on their health and fitness. They Do not care about their diet as well.

Health Guide Do you know that potato is a cause of why people get fat? -Potato contains a lot of starch which causes the consumer to continuing to feel hungry even after a whole serving of it. Try to consume less potato is your diet, and subsitute it with more vegetables instead. -When going out for meals, check the nutritional value of the food when you can. You can avoid fattening food and go for healthier choices instead. -Many people spend more time on social networking than they do to care about their health. Do you consume fast food often? Many people in the class consume fast food more often than the recommended fast food intake per week. The recommended fast food intake is 1 time per week, while quite a few had chosen 2-3 times a week, and some even more. Fast food are notorious for being the culprit of a society of people who are more obese, and it is due to the fact that they contain a lot of unhealthy ingredients such as a whole lot of salt and a lot of oil is used in the cooking process.  Go back

Pictures and Videos  This graph shows why do people want to stay skinny and thin. The result shows that as many as 26.8% of people go on diets just for their Appearance and looks. Surprisingly, only 15.5% of people go on a healthy diet for their well-being. It shows how people do not actually care about their well-being but more for their apppearances. Do not go on a diet just because you want to look good.
