Team B: PL-2 supervising an ENDO PL-1 Blended & a HEM/ONC PL-1 Inpatient Supervising PL- 2 Supervises Endo Pl-1(cap 10  ) and Hem Pl-2 (cap 10)inpatients Provides Care to Genetics patients Assumes Care in either PL-1’s absence Does not go to CC that month Off every Sunday Endo PL-1 Blended Works Sat Nights MUST BE GONE BY 10 AM ON SUNDAY Off every Wednesday PL-2 assumes clinical responsibilities No Afternoon Endo Clinic on Fridays or Whenever Hem PL-1 or PL-2 is absent ON “CC” DAYS DOES NOT RETURN PL-2 assumes clinical responsibilities

Team B: PL-2 supervising an ENDO PL-1 Blended & a HEM/ONC PL-1 Inpatient HEM PL OFF Fridays PL-2 assumes clinical responsibilities No Outpatient Experience ON “CC” DAYS DOES NOT RETURN PL-2 assumes clinical responsibilities NIGHTS Endo & 10 H/O Not 20 H/O will sign out BM unit or receiving Blood products regardless of cap We need to track this for workload and pt safety issues. Signs out to Subspecialty Resident (PL-2) at 6 PM Receives sign out at 6 AM
