Requires paradoxical Rigid systems but flexible autonomous workers Streamlined processes, better coordination avoiding duplication Timely and time limited delivery of interventions, high quality and flexible workforce.

Practice focused management and leadership approach Systemic Youth Work, an Evidence based practice, systemic focus and social youth groups, activities and life enriching experiences. Better utilisation of youth participation and the positive peer influencer Understanding of the needs of young people, families and the community. Research, listening, active engagement and feedback will underpin the principles of the YoungHackney service.
