Why Exercise? Regular exercise improves health and wellbeing and helps people avoid some health problems, such as obesity

The Facts In 2008, 16.8% of boys aged 2 to 15, and 15.2% of girls were classed as obese, an increase from 11.1% and 12.2% respectively in 1995.
