Our services 2200 clients 950 staff 200+ different services including –hostels –complex needs projects –semi independent houses –registered care homes –street outreach –skills and employment –prison and probation based services

1. In Prison delivery Tenancy saving Family mediation Solutions to homelessness Through the gate Specialist services (BME) Linking with probation

2. Hawk Role Housing Advice Worker Probation based service Referrals direct from probation tenancy breakdown Homelessness pre tenancy training Joint working and referrals as appropriate Family liaison Support to reduce reoffending

3. Medium term bed spaces Referral from the HAWK and in prison workers Floating Support and Accommodation Broker Move on Training (MOT) Resettlement - usually PRS schemes

4. Rent Deposit and B and B Fund Subject to assessment Rent Deposits The role of bed and Breakfast accommodation

5. Floating Support Case load 15 – 25 Support up to 6 months to 1 year Tenancy Sustainment

6. MOT - Move On Training Classroom based – around 15 per class Classes delivered by trainer and Peer Lunch provided One to one training through HAWKs MOT Handbook
