What can we do? Form a cross institutional working group – Risk assessment Identify risk and its nature Identify the impact, likelihood of each risk. Classify each risk (colour code, numerical ranking) Identify who has a responsibility for that risk. Log a review date against each risk. Specify the risk reduction processes for each risk. – Policies and Procedures All policies should reviewed on a regular bases and reflect changes in the innovative use of technology.
