1. Induction video Document student experiences of Learning & Information Services 5-10 minutes length Non-scripted student opinions To be used in general school inductions, or watched independently online
2. Drop in tours Frequent tours during busy times of year Multiple opportunities at different times of day/week to suit varying student needs Students choose to come to a tour at a time suitable to them Bookable, with maximum numbers per group
3. Induction activities Hosted on VLE topic core to all students Quizzes and activities covering: –Introduction to Learning & Information Services –Finding material to support your studies –Using your borrower account –Using your IT account Can be used independently or to support other induction activities
4. IT inductions Drop in sessions to support basics of IT account management Workshops to support students getting access to wireless network
