4 Jobcentre Plus Working Locally Our Claimants Treat our claimants as individuals and with respect; Have high expectations of what claimants will do to find work; Make sure claimants move forward at every intervention; Deliver consistent and robust application of conditionality without targets or league tables; Take responsibility for the claimant experience and use claimant feedback to inform our delivery; Be digital by default, and; Support vulnerable claimants and those with complex needs to access our services.

Department for Work and Pensions 5 Jobcentre Plus Working Locally Our partners, providers and employers We will: Be a labour market expert – engaging actively with employers and agencies to maximise opportunities for our claimants, especially young people and the hardest to help; Proactively work with partners to join up local services for our claimants, leveraging better outcomes and maximising our performance; Support partners to understand Welfare Reform and its impact on their customers, and; Work collaboratively with local providers, particularly Work Programme and Local Authorities, to help us achieve mutual performance targets.
