What does this mean for my child? Secondary (cont)  S4-6: Senior Phase Fewer courses in S4 than at present National 4 and 5 replace S Grade / Int 1 & 2 from 2013/14 New and revised National Qualifications more skills based and less prescriptive Access and National 4 internally assessed and externally verified by SQA National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher externally assessed Collaboration with partners to maintain and extend range of options for progression
