DN Adjustment Window – Brief Overview

Proposed Changes – Enduring and Transitional  For both the Transitional and Enduring periods National Grid NTS is proposing to amend existing timeframes so to allow Indicative OCS/OPS to be issued no later than 15 Business Days after the closure of the July Application Window.  For the Enduring period DNO Users to have 10 Business Days, post receipt of the indicative statements, to clarify and/or resubmit applications for NTS Exit (Flexibility) Capacity and/or Assured Pressures. DNOs currently able to submit revised applications for NTS Exit (Flat) Capacity from 15 th September, this is now to be included within the 10 Business Days post receipt of indicative statements. (nb. only applies where request for NTS Exit (Flexibility) Capacity/Assured Pressure have been partially or fully rejected)  For the transitional period the same is true however DNO Users may revise their Flat requirements irrespective of whether the Flex and/or Pressure request has been rejected

Adjustment Window – Proposed Changes Example 1: Based on NG providing indicative OCS/OPS & (Flat) for transitional period only, on the last possible date (e.g. 20 th August 2010)
