 Osteoporosis DES › Females age who have had fragility # in last 12 months  Have they had a DEXA?  Are they on treatment with a bone sparing agent › Females age 74+ with fragility # in last 12 months  Are they on treatment with bone sparing agent?  “nominated”

 Number of Fragility fractures › 65 – 74 = 2 › 74+ = 11  Of those 65 – 74 with # › DEXA scan = 0 › On treatment = 0  74+ with # › On treatment = 6 (1 on Ca 2+ only and 3 contraindicated)

 Patients who had not had DEXA or Not on treatment if appropriate were contacted for review.

 Follow guidelines  Re-Audit in 12 Months
