Answer: Around the centre and on the reception desk there are feedback forms. Please complete the form, give it to a member of staff or place it in the box provided at Reception. Boxes are checked on a weekly basis by the centre staff.
So what happens to them? Answer: All compliments, comments and complaints are logged, investigated, actioned and reported to the council who will also monitor, identify trends and take action as appropriate.
Complaints are investigated and action taken to rectify and improve the service/customer satisfaction.
