How can you help? Employment Programme Partnership with Business in the Community Motivated clients Provide training - CV writing, interview skills, ethics in the workplace, motivation, confidence building Two weeks work experience with an employer – match skills and interest with employer 1:1 employment coaching 104 clients into work since the programme started – IT technician, wind turbine apprentice, baker, finance officer, retail assistant, construction worker, telecommunications engineer
