Recommended Amendments to Chapter Four Definitions: –Alcoholic Beverage Establishment An establishment with a “4COP” or “14BC” license issued by the State of Florida. An establishment with a “4COP” or “14BC” license issued by the State of Florida. A business with a “SRX” issued by the State of Florida shall not be considered an alcoholic beverage establishment. A business with a “SRX” issued by the State of Florida shall not be considered an alcoholic beverage establishment. –Nightclub Any alcoholic beverage establishment Any alcoholic beverage establishment Includes a band, orchestra or other form of music or musical entertainment AND Includes a band, orchestra or other form of music or musical entertainment AND A floor space for dancing.
