ReBlackpool Urban Regeneration Company Primary School Attainment By the age of 11, despite low attainment on entry, pupils attain broadly in line with national averages. The expectation is that pupils will make two national curriculum levels progress between Key Stage 1 (age 7) and Key Stage 2 (age 11). We are close to the national average in English, and a little below in maths.

Children who had morning nursery places the year before attended better than those who had come to nursery in the afternoon. The percentage of children attending in Reception for 80% or less of the time is 7.4%
