HOPE SCHOLARSHIP Must graduate with a “B” average (3.0 GPA) in ALL CORE ACADEMIC classes & retain that same GPA in college to remain eligible for the scholarship. A = 4; B = 3; C = 2; D (70)= 1; F = 0 GSFC determines eligibility and calculates official GPA. * The award will cover 90 percent of tuition * Resident of Georgia. HOPE SCHOLARSHIP Cont. The Zell Miller Scholarship’s addition is among the changes to the HOPE. It will cover complete tuition costs for students who graduate high school with at least a 3.7 GPA & have a combined 1200 SAT score on the math and reading sections or score at least a 26 on the ACT. In order for recipients to retain the scholarship, they must maintain a 3.3 GPA in college.
