Biochemical Pathways A series of chemical reactions

Photosynthesis CAPTURING THE ENERGY IN LIGHT All organisms use energy for the functions of life. Many organisms use energy directly from sunlight. The energy transfer of Photosynthesis is the capturing of energy in light and storing it within organic compounds.

Both Autotrophs and Heterotrophs Perform Cellular Respiration. CELLULAR RESPIRATION is the release of energy stored in the organic compounds Both Autotrophs and Heterotrophs Perform Cellular Respiration.
