JACK O’CONNELL State Superintendent of Public Instruction AFTER all required data is submitted: CDE will review submitted data for accuracy and completeness. When data is accepted as submitted: –District will receive a SESR Successful Submission letter. –The 45-day (student) and 6 mos. (systemic) timelines for completing corrective actions start from the date posted on the Successful Submission letter.
JACK O’CONNELL State Superintendent of Public Instruction Submitting CA Evidence to CDE (After the Initial Successful Submission) The district will document evidence of CA in the software. The district will submit evidence of correction through the secure portal. Evidence of student CA must be received within 45 business days of the date on the Successful Submission letter. Evidence of systemic CA must be received within 6 mos. of the date on the Successful Submission letter.
