Title IX (9) “No person in The United States, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance…”

Main Idea According to Title IX, no person, matter their sex should be denied equal representation. In educational programs receiving federal aid.

Point of View Everyone should be allowed participation in any educational environment. It allows for greater skills learned and the experience of teamwork.
