Coach/Teacher Leader provides support for the project. Choose Flipped Professional Development

Flipped PD… Teacher-Centered (not that other PD is not)! Flips the choice (Short, interest, burst type sessions). Uses the expert differently. Provides a variety of experiences. Currently used as a technology model. Connects nicely to teacher evaluation. Can focus on product or process.
