Modifying frameworks where necessary (e.g. learner cohorts, professional & occupational standards, etc)

Year 2 PADDLE Personal Actualisation and Development through Digital Literacy in Education Digital Literacies Workshops 4th Nov 2011 North Wales Successful approaches for 1 stakeholder group are rolled out to that group in 4 other colleges. Staff professional practice and effective learning are the core values being targeted.

Responsibility PADDLE Personal Actualisation and Development through Digital Literacy in Education Digital Literacies Workshops 4th Nov 2011 North Wales Responsibility is being placed with the individual staff member and learner to take the opportunities provided for personal development. The major approach will be for group collaboration in Communities of Practice (staff) and Study Groups (learners).

Year 3 on... PADDLE Personal Actualisation and Development through Digital Literacy in Education Digital Literacies Workshops 4th Nov 2011 North Wales The project will determine the best ways to establish collaborative group working for our different stakeholders. The longer term activity will be to support and promote active engagement of members within CoPs and Study Groups across the North Wales region.

The Institution PADDLE Personal Actualisation and Development through Digital Literacy in Education Digital Literacies Workshops 4th Nov 2011 North Wales Has supported the initiative by match funding year 2. Is receptive to awareness raising initiatives. Will update official documentation to include DL. Will also add DL items to committee agendas.
