 The target market for our business would be people that play sports. Men and Women of all ages and sizes.  The product that is being offered are:  Shoes (Nike, Under Armor, Adidas, X)  Socks(Nike, Adidas)  Accessories.  The way that we tested the market is by survey. We took a survey on what people would want in a store, that desired goal is to provide for sports

 Our demand would be high, so customers would buy more products and we can offer at great prices.  We would then make our supply low if the product is in demand is high  We would do this since there would be people buying more products  We would keep our customers happy by having a lot of our products and having constant sales and savings.  We would keep in stock the majority the items we sell in our stores.  We would have a high stock of our most popular items in our store.  We will also locate the more popular items such as Nike elite socks near the front for people to see. We offer a buy 1 get 1 free as often as posible. We will sell then at a lower price then our leading competitors.

 We will use Computers  To design shoes and check availably of a shoe  We will use registers for transactions.  Shoe informer, that will inform the customers about general info on the shoe such as make, model, color way, price and available sizes.  Every employee will be provided with a smartphone to scan a shoe for the price and can check of the inventory right from the phone.  We will also have computer programmers to help our business with are technological needs.

 Our management team will contain 3-5 people they will people highly educated in the shoe design as well as strong experienced leaders.  We will always offer the best price. Even lower than some of our other leading competitors.  We will be located in piedmont area of North Carolina such as charlotte, rock hill, etc.  Our equipment is mainly computers and smartphones we will also have to play for the cellular service.  We will need about 5 full time employees on each shift (Day & Night).  We will get our brand name products shipped straight from the manufacturing plants or factorys.

 Our Organizational plan will help us:  Get tasks done on time correctly.  Set long term goals to our investors.  See the big picture of what are organization is doing as a whole,  We plan to pay our employees, the government and loans or any other expenses on time to ensure success in our business.  We plan to expand our business at a national level. Then, eventually moving up to a International level.  Our business name, logo and slogan is copyrighted trademarks © 2013 of X Factor Shoes and Socks.
