Scenario 1 Ariel is feeling overworked. When he arrives at 6.30am to start his shift, he has to complete tasks not completed by the Late shift staff. This then means that his duties are not finished by the time the children arrive at 7.00am. He is concerned that he looks disorganised and stressed when families and children arrive. When he thinks about it, he realises that for the past two weeks there have been several casual staff working on the Late shift. Ariel is feeling overworked.
