Students not receiving grades that reflect classroom performance due to inability to complete homework due to: Parents who are unfamiliar with current curriculum Taking care of siblings Chaotic home lives Homelessness The promotion of an inequitable education

Above average learner Do not complete homework Score well on tests Receive average grades Do not complete homework: Not enough class time Cant complete at home No family support Score poorly on tests Do not show evidence of student learning Average/below average learner

Performance Objectives Teachers will create a classroom in which students grades match their in-class performance by providing learning activities that are completed between the hours when school starts and when school ends, thus eliminating the need for homework.
