Alabama Virtual Library A World of Knowledge at Your Fingertips

The Alabama Virtual Library provides all students and teachers with online access to library and information resources.

Once you have accessed the site, choose the appropriate age group or topic.

You will now have access to dictionaries, magazines, newspapers, author biographies and much more.

Access Science provides access to up to date news articles and books relating to science and technology.

It also provides study guides, biographies and a science dictionary.

The African-American History site has numerous helpful timelines, biographies, images and charts.

The Encyclopedia Britannica Online can be accessed from AVL. It includes an Atlas, Dictionary and Thesaurus.
