MARK 6 And He called the twelve to Himself, and began to send them out two by two, and gave them power over unclean spirits. So they went out and preached that people should repent. And they cast out many demons, and anointed with oil many who were sick, and healed them. Then the apostles gathered to Jesus and told Him all things, both what they had done and what they had taught. And He said to them, Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while. For there were many coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat.

So they departed to a deserted place in the boat by themselves. But the multitudes saw them departing, and many knew Him and ran there on foot from all the cities. They arrived before them and came together to Him. And when He had taken the five loaves and the two fish, He looked up to heaven, blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and the two fish He divided among them all. ALL: So they all ate and were filled. And they took up twelve baskets full of fragments and of the fish. Now those who had eaten the loaves were about five thousand men.

WISDOM #1 God made you as a human rather than a god !

Do Not Forget: If you do not come apart and rest you will soon come apart.

Those long hours at the office, too little sleep, and working weekends is a recipe for disaster, reports WebMD of a Japanese study that concludes workaholics have a two to three times greater risk of imminent heart attack. Other studies in the United States and Japan support the findings. Death from heart disease is greatest for those who work all day and halfway into the night. Add in weekend work and…theres a profound increase in the risk. Those who worked 60 hours or more each week had double the risk of having a heart attack, compared with men who worked 40 or fewer hours. Men who slept five or fewer hours on average had a double or even triple risk of heart trouble.
