Grading Grades will be determined by a TOTAL POINT SYSTEM –Tests are worth from 40 – 100 points each; there will be 3-5 tests/quarter –Quizzes are worth from points; with 1 or 2 each week –LAB / PROJECTS are 25 – 100 points; with from 4 – 6 each quarter –Homework assignments are from points; homework points will not exceed 20% of the total for the quarter; homework is two times each week – usually!
How can I check my progress? P.I.N. (Parent Information Network); register at school; check posted grades from any computer with internet access. Request a grade check/missing assignment slip from the teacher; please allow 24 hours (I’ll try to get it done during the class period, but that isn’t always possible.)
