In Search of King Arthur The truth behind the legend

Almost everyone has dreamed about knights in armor riding off on great adventures.

History tells us that these brave men did once exist… But now, the memory of their adventures has faded away into the mists of time…

Until now, we are left with only

One of the most famous of these knights was Arthur, with his Knights of the Round Table.

But who was this famous King? What is the truth behind the legend?

There are many different theories: Arthur did not exist –H–He was purely legend, created in the middle ages. Arthur was a Celtic warlord in the 5 th century who led the defense against a Saxon invasion. He may have been based on several genuine historical figures from the 6 th – 9 th centuries. Or, perhaps he was a hero in Celtic mythology that has been placed into “real” history.

What is the TRUTH ? Check the facts online and decide for yourself!
