PREPARATIONS FOR THE 40TH MARATHON Preparations for the 40th Marathon in Dębno, 7th April A record number of athlets took part in this Marathon – 1390 participants.

MARATHON Start of the 40th Marathon in Dębno. Desto Morkama Beriso from Ethiopia won the 40th Dębno Marathon in 2:13:48. Polish Womens Championship was won by Agnieszka Gortel-Maciuk, a representative of AKS Chorzów with a time of 2:40:03.The Champion of the Polish Police was Adam Thiel from Lębork.

The 32nd Henryk Witkowskis Street Racing The 32nd Henryk Witkowskis Street Racing for children and youth was held on the 6th of April 2013.

WINNERS OF STREET RACING

TRIATHLON TRIATHLON Combination of swimming, running and cycling. It is a discipline which in recent years has conquered the world. Polish Triathlon Cup took place on 3rd of June in Dębno thirteen times.

SPORT FACILITIES IN DĘBNO At the area of Dębno there are many modern sports objects. The residents can use sports halls, pitches, tracks, tennis courts, cycle tracks and the skatepark.

SPORTS FACILITIES Set of courts near Primany School No.1. A newly built track and fully equipped court make impression. It is usually used by students. It is usually used by students.

SPORTS FACILITIES Orlik in Zachodnia street. The court near secondary school in Dębno is known as Orlik. The court has got an artificial surface and is a perfect place to play.

SPORTS FACILITIES The pitch near Dębno Culture Central. Its size is like a real football pitch. Sometimes young members of Dąb Dębno play matches here.

HENRYK WITKOWSKIS FOOTBALL PITCH The stadium is located in Gorzowska 7 Street. Here are played matches of our team - Dąb Dębno, which is actually in III Baltic League. The object is adminstrated by Centre of Sport and Recreation in Dębno.

SPORTS HALL NEAR PRIMARY SCHOOL No.3. The hall near Primary School No.3. In this hall P.E. lessons are organized.

SPORTS HALL NEAR PRIMARY SCHOOL NO.1. There are lessons of Phisical Education and some celebrations. The great advantage is that handicapted people can use this place.

ZUMBA Includes elements of dance and aerobics. In Dębno zumba takes place in the gym of Primary School No.3. They are conducted by Karolina Jankowska on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m.

VOLLEYBALL Volleyball - team sport, in which two teams of six play. In the Primary School No. 1 classes leads Mr.Wolski on Tuesday at

HANDBALL Handball is a team sport in which two groups of seven players play. The purpose of the game is to throw a ball to the opponents goal using only hands. At Primary School No.1 classes are conducted by Mr.Zięciak. Classes are held on Tuesdays at 5p.m.

FLOORBALL It is a team sport which is played with a sticks ended with a blend, so that it is easy to operate and shoot at the enemy goal with a light, plastic ball. At Junior Secondary School floorball is conducted by Mr.Witkowski and Mr.Handke on Fridays at

FOOTBALL Team game in which two teams compete. To practise this sport we need a football pitch with two goals. The aim of the game is to score more goals than the opponents. At our school football classes leads Mr. Benke on Mondays at 5p.m.
