WORLDWIDE EXPRESS PROGRAM TCAQ-I Updated 12 May 2010
OVERVIEW Award Program Features Management
WORLDWIDE EXPRESS CONTRACT (WWX - 4) To Provide International, Express, Small Package (0-150 lbs) and Heavyweight Package (151–300 lbs) Pick-up and Delivery Service for DOD and Civilian Agencies Support Contingencies/State of War Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) Program Commitment Plastic slides (Overhead transparencies) are expensive and hard to change. If there’s no standard when briefing the AMC command section, they get: - Hodge-podge and unprofessional looking slides - Many projected poorly -- Hard to read and no consistency of color or format. -- More re-work and waste of resources (time, money, material, manpower) Another reason we have an electronic presentation standard - PowerPoint, is our move towards a paperless headquarters - Acetate free too. - PowerPoint slides can be e-mailed for pre-view, coordination and sharing -- Go to next slide.

WWX - 4 PROGRAM Contact the WWX - 4 PMO, CO, and your COTR for Any Further Questions ENSURE THERE ARE NO QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU SUMMARIZE. SUMMARY AND CLOSURE: Well now you know the AMC standard for presentations and have had a little practice creating a presentation. If you’re giving a presentation “here” you’ll need to use the AMC Standard. It’s very easy to create a basic brief, and not too hard to spruce it up a bit. Just remember that your slides are there to supplement your brief. Don’t get so fancy that your slides become the focus of the presentation. Once you’re used to it, PowerPoint can be a lot of fun and you’ll cruise through any briefings or slides you’ll need to create during your tour here.
