(c) St Patrick's Cathedral Grammar School Form What is a JLC? oThese bodies examine conditions of employment, for example pay for certain categories of workers who are not in trade unions. oJLC (Joint Labour Committees) – The LRC provides officers to chair JLC’s. Examples of JLC’s are; people in the hairdressing and catering industries. oTheir recommendations are called Employment Regulation Orders (ERO’s)
