Vigorous faith in old age - Ps Facing enemies in old age a. God is our refuge –v he has made a covenant –v.1 - he faithfully keeps his promises- v.2 cf.v.1-3 with Ps.31:1-3; Rom.8:35-39 b. Knowing God from birth –v.4-6

c. Failing powers –v.7-13 The weakness of old age –v.9 Eccl.12:1-7 describes this weakness v.1 – prepare in your youth v.2 – old age can be dark v.3-5 – declining powers/abilities v.6,7 – beauty & fragility of human life Greatest enemies are sin, death & Satan
