About the Author Won the Newberry Medal in 1995 for Walk Two Moons Sharon spends 9 months of the year in England teaching American and British Literature. The other 3 months she spend in upstate New York on Lake Chautauqua She has two adult children, Rob and Karin Sharon uses her own life experiences to inspire her writing.
