Field2Base will provide you with applicable Web Administrator rights and any combination thereof: Administrator for one project Administrator for multiple projects Administrator for reporting Administrator for forms Administrator Rights
Field2Base will generate an and provide website link, user name and password.
Log In Note the unique Company ID in the URL Address
Select My Profile to make any Web Administrator information edits. Web Administrators are not visible in “Users”.
Change your User Name (log-in), correct spelling, address, phone number and Submit.

Multiple Project Selection in Field2Base
What is a Company Project in Field2Base? 1.Users - Will all Field2Base users communicate with the same recipients? Or are the majority of recipients different depending on the job? 2. Documents - Will all users utilize the same documents/drawings? Or are they specific to each job? 3. Forms – Will users complete the same forms? Or are they specific to each job? 4. Filing – Is it important to access past records for a specific job and possibly archive documents? Or is everything done from Field2Base applicable for the company project as a whole?
One Designated Project Each company is assigned one project to start. Usually one project is sufficient.
Multiple Projects A company can opt to have multiple projects. Please contact Field2Base to enable Projects.
Add/Edit a Project
Populate fields in the Project Detail window with new project information and Submit.
Edit BCC Users to designate users to receive all project attachments sent from Field2Base. Select Submit when finished.
Delete a Project Please contact or call ext. 5 to remove a
Field2Base User & RFI Recipient List from the Digital Envelope. Recipients are also listed for a user sending a Form or Report.
Upload Contacts from Microsoft Outlook Create a.CSV file and Upload to Field2Base
Add/Edit Users (Recipients) Users can be Field2Base Tablet PC Users or recipients of Field2Base communications.
Type user information. Red Asterisks are required. Password may not be applicable; however, it is still required
Assign Projects (Option 1) Select Assign Users Projects or while editing a user, select the Assign Projects.
Designate the user; add or remove the applicable projects.
Assign Projects (Option 2) Select the Assign Projects from the main menu.
Select the appropriate project to designate Users to.
Delete a User No “undo” feature or “recycle bin”.
Edit Company Recipients Create New Recipients for Project Communications – Not designated in Forms or to Projects or PDF files.
Assign Company RFI Recipients Recipients of Project Communications only.
Field2Base My Filing Cabinet All uploaded documents can be viewed and annotated..DWG and.DXF can also be annotated from Project Communications>CAD.
Upload Documents.DWG,.DXF (version 2000).PDF,.DOC,.XLS,.BMP,.JPG, &.TIF
Re-Upload a Revised Document
Remove Documents Displays uploaded docs and published forms (.eforms)
Browse Documents to view what’s been uploaded
View per Project. Select the Back button when finished viewing. A revised document can be uploaded again to overwrite existing document.

Dashboard Reporting – Tablet Status & Traffic
Tablet Status – Verify Version (Patch) Installed
View Traffic – Display an Activity Report
Forms (Company Forms Designer/Publisher)
